    Thanks for everyone's help. Only had 1.2 volts on pin 19 ignition feed from ecmb fuse and had 12 volts at fuse. Problem was half way from power distribution box underhood and pcm pin 19. Corroded wire. Started right up. Thanks again.

    Have rpm signal while cranking and cam and crank counts but no spark or injector pulses. Fuel pump will run and pressurize the rail if take a test light and touch fp relay control wire at pcm. Going to check pcm powers and grounds as billr stated. Thanks to everyone for their help.

    Thanks Bill. All ignition inputs to the board show 12 volts. No fuel pump control and no coil or injector control. Pcm is receiving a crank signal.

    Have crank counts on scan tool but no cam counts but I think it only needs crank input to start. No spark or injector pulses or fuel pump prime. Thanks guys. Like beating a dead horse.
