    I have posted my non working horn problem but I have this strange. Thing occuring where my horn won't work by pressing it but it will come on by itself and will stay on i have even removed the horn fuse and it will stay on. Did not pull relay but just the fuse and that would not shut it up...

    as far as setting off air bags are you saying that after installing a uhb with relay and fuse out like I did installing clock spring there would still be risk in setting air bag off? how much money do you think I would be spending in getting a shop to fix this?

    not sure if a 2000 caravan is set up the same way as my 2000 Plymouth grand voyager but A1auto had a helpful video for replacing the window regulator assembly

    I disconnected electrical connector from one of the two horns and a little while after driving it like that my other hor came on without me hitting the horn and stayed on and only went off after hitting the steering pad horn location a few times

    oh I did find my horn fuse afterall and forgot I had already checked it. I put my clockspring on in the dark and I seen on the old part awhile ago that its not to be rotated without steering wheel on and I don't recall if I heeded that instruction. is it possible that if its turned before...

    I did swap horn relay with another relay in fuse box, maybe a stupid question but are the relays pretty much interchangeable in the fuse box in eng compartment?

    Ok air bag light is still on and funny thing is when I removed the yellow ( I assume ) air bag connection it popped out so easy and when I connected the yellow air bag connector on new clock spring it didn't really act like it wanted to hardly push in too

    Seems like the info I seen on a lot of videos that pertained to a non working horn and a air bag light being on pointed towards a bad clock spring so I took a risk and bought one an put it on but it didn't remedy the problem. I have not applied power directly to the horns yet from the batteven...
