Clear codes and see what comes back.
Click on and open pdf below.
This will get you started.
A good all data sub would help you sort it our.

Codes were cleared, C1185 (ABS Power Relay Output CKT Failure) is the only ABS code presented. On the Check Engine side P1401 (DPFE Sensor Circuit High Volt)... DPFE Sensor???

Delta pressure feedback EGR. Fancy term for a differential pressure sensor. Seen loads of them replaced. Old design is aluminum and the new design is plastic. Moisture kills these things pretty often.

Any chance this van has the 3.8L engine in it ? If so they have a problem with the EGR ports clogging up, but would not likely trigger the code you have.

Yes, 3.8L engine on it. I have red that high voltage codes on sensors are signs of damaged sensor rather than low voltage codes. And low voltage codes are sight of lose, dirty or bad connection of harness. I can't remember where I have red that, but it sounds logic to me. What do you think about? Is that correct?

"Old design is aluminum and the new design is plastic. Moisture kills these things pretty often. "

Is that moisture or heat? Hot exhaust gases should be dead ended to where the sensor really doesn't get warm. But the slightest leak to the sensor and those gases are red hot frying it. A good place to use high temperature RTV for a good seal.
