I have a 99 international with a 444. It ran fine until today when I tried to start it. No power to switch, or panel inside. I thought batteries were dead. Charged batteries for an hour and same thing. No power to switch, dash, or anywhere. I checked the two fuses in the battery box and they are good. Looked in the fuse box and couldnt find any bad fuses there either.
We did remove the seat and have it recovered and reinstalled since the last start, but I dont see how that would affect anything.

Check all your battery connections at both the battery and where they connect to the starter and the frame for the ground. Sounds like a bad connection at either place.
