As long as you are replacing it, the "for sure way" it to calculate the number of teeth in the ring gear and divide it by the number of teeth in the pinion gear, to provide you with a result to 1 ratio. For example, if the pinion gear has 41 teeth, and the ring gear has 11 teeth, the ratio would be calculated as 41/11 which = 3.73 so 3.73:1.

That way even if somehow the wrong tag got installed or the vin is wrong or whatever you know for sure.,.

Does this have an exposed driveshaft going to that rear axle? If so, jack up one rear wheel and count the turns of the shaft needed to make one turn of the one wheel up in the air. Then, divide that number by two to get the approximate ratio and look online for available ratios that year. OEM ratios are not usually close to each other, your rough count should match one well enough that there is no ambiguity.

Do you know if the rear end has ever been replaced? Is the speedo working correctly? If the speedo is OK the rearend is probalby ratioed correctly.
Why do you need this info? Rear end blown?
