Replaced vent solenoid (AC Delco part) cleared code. Driven for two weeks, code comes back. Test like indicates good wiring. Ohm meter shows 80-100 OHMS across solenoid terminals. Reassembled making sure of good connection. 5 days later light on again. Any other specifics to look for?

look at freezse frame - overall voltage and status of vent open or closed.
the pcm ststus is not what PCM expected.... check connector at Vent - tight corossion free and some dielectric grease from a GM PIP/tsb.

Here's what I found today. Pin 21 off PCM C1 connector has a white wire going to the EVAP solenoid. A smaller wiring loom breaks off the main loom and is routed downward. Right were it split off, the plastic conduit and electrical tape were chaffed by yet another large loom rubbing on top of it. All taped up. Let you know if the MIL goes out. TTFN
