I have seem several posts with a similar symptom - the brake pressure light comes on but there is no problem with the brakes (hydraulic). We checked the items listed in this forum (tail light/brake light grounds, replaced sensor on booster, flushed fluid, made sure there was no air in system etc...
The brake pressure light and alarm come on after restart exactly 13 seconds (when brake is applied). Turn off and restart - alarm and light are cleared. If you apply the brake alrm and light come on 13 seconds later...?
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

The troubleshooting you have done so far were common problems with earlier brake systems on Internationals. For this system, you need the software to retrieve codes as there are numerous problems that can cause this light to come on. Here are a couple of things to check that come to mind that are common problems.
1)There are 2 motors on the on the Hydraulic Control Unit, along the left frame near the transmission, make sure both these motors are running when you first turn the key on or touch the brake pedal with the key off.
2) Do the brake lights work?
3) Check the brake light switch, mounted under the master cylinder near the firewall. Remove this switch (2 small allen head screws) and check for brake fluid leaking on it. It can leak into the switch and cause problems.
