I am having a problem with these codes from time to time, also it throws code P0201 through P0208. It says this is an open in the power supply to the injector rails. Should I replace the relay, I have checked the harness and connections and found no problem. Which relay would this be and where is it located.

the codes are P2146 and P2149 ? yeah the alpha character matters -

P0201 - P-208 = Fuel Injector Control Circuit Malfunction

P2146 (6.6L V8 VIN 1 Auto) Fuel Pump Relay Circuit Malfunction (Injectors 1, 4, 6 or 7)

P2149 (6.6L V8 VIN 1 Auto) Fuel Pump Relay Circuit Malfunction (Injectors 2, 3, 5 or 8)

The attached TSB should help let us know

I checked for chaffing on the wiring and found nothing. At first it wouldn't start but after a few times trying it started. After a few starts the check engine and the low fuel light went out. I reset the codes and have not came back yet. So should I look at the fuel control module.

The check engine light and low fuel light comes on and the engine dies. The fuel filter losses its prime, if I fill the fuel filter by the hand primer it will start and then die again. If I do this three or for times the lights go out and the truck stays running. It may not act up again for weeks.

the only codes were the above p020x and the P2146 P2149?
those are wiring FICM to PCM - the PCM not seeing the expected voltage on the P020x circuits.

fuel prime looks like a second issue - the first was electrical, this loss of prime I would call a mechanical type issue.
