Hi mount brake light is out on my friends jeep. He bought a new unit, and it doesn't light up! He will most likely be over to my house Sunday and I'll be taking a look. My first step is to verify he's actually got juice at the connection. As it's an LED, I'm thinking low wattage. Once I've verified the presence/absence of voltage, will determine next step. Anyone have experience with these? My guess is a harness issue. Broken wire, loose connection upstream, etc. really don't want to be messing around too long outside with this in the winter, but at least those sub zero temps should be done by then!

Are you sure thats a oem with LED? I do not think LED stock in 2007 BUT owners manual will tell.

Easy there Tesla just check voltage.... to lamp. Also being a jeep always confirm ground....
