    this orifice not so good. we are happy with replacing all most everything and the 45° from the vents. I flushed the living daylights out of this system even went to the rear unit and flushed there too and ran the vacuum for an extra long time. I can't ride a unicycle.

    Got in there over the weekend. went to town cleaning grease and stuff. list of parts Balancer and seal didn't fix the squeak but did fix the wobble Steel idlers tensioner and belt still squeaked A/C compressor, squeak gone, new accumulator and condenser and orifice tube "metal all over it"...

    R-12 chloromethanes, turns to phosgene gas when heated inhaled and settles in the lungs and cannot be removed not even by tipping a person upside down, yes they tried this. Another term for phosgene gas is mustard gas...HVAC guys have been dying for years.
