Well, I'm still getting oil coming out of both the bottom and top of the dipstick tube. So, now I will need to figure out why there's so much back pressure. I will get a compression/leak down test done soon to see if there's any issues there. If not, I'm thinking my only other option to...

The supercharger has it's own stand alone ECM/Engine Management System. It works in conjunction with the original PCM and is tuned specifically to this vehicle. The supercharger and Engine Management System are both from Roe Racing. Unfortunately, the system is no longer available/serviced...

3 breathers…one on each side of the valve covers and one coming off of the oil fill cap. The supercharger replaces the manifold, so there is no PCV valve at that point. I actually just replaced the PCV valve, which was capped off since it’s not used with the supercharger, with one of the 3...

So I pulled the oil tube off and it turns out there's no o ring for it. I looked it up online and it appears there never was on. The suggestions I came across was to apply high temp RTV to the tube and reinstall. I do not believe that oil is coming from there. The problem is at the top of...

No racing...just driving to fast! I'm looking into purchasing the dipstick that's in the communication above that I came across (as long as the company actually has it like their website states). I'm hoping it's the same length as the one I have. I'm not sure what the point of changing the...

No damage I can see. Only small amounts of oil coming from the top of the dipstick after driving. Which is why I'm thinking a new dipstick is needed. I'm guessing there's an o ring that can't been seen or replaced in the top/handle of the dipstick.

    TSB 09-03-97 1994 Dodge Viper

Whether it's a TSB or just a manufacturer communication, all I was looking for was part numbers. For some reason, it appears the dipstick (I only referred to it as an oil level indicator as that's how it's listed in the parts catalog) and the tube were being replaced with the shorter ones in...

I received the TSB now. I thought I'd post it here in case someone else is in need of it!

I have a 1994 Dodge Viper RT/10 8L V10 that appears to be leaking oil from the dipstick. As I was searching to find the original part number (5245080) for the Mopar Oil Level Indicator, I came across some information referencing that there was a technical service bulletin 09-03-97 or 090397...
