    Yes, I'm using the stock PCM. Yes, the VSS is stock and single signal wire connected to PCM. But just to confirm; VSS is sending correctly to PCM as the speedo is correct; no problem shifting to OD on acceleration, disconnect is on deceleration. Good to hear from you again billr.

    That sounds like what he has already done, I mentioned that in my original post. He didn't say whether he swapped to a 700 R4 housing, I doubt it, but maybe he did. Can you tell me the difference is between the two housings?
