2002 Ford Windstar 3.8 l code mileage 136 k

Vehicle came in with check engine light on. Codes P0174, P0171, P0161, P1336. I resolved the 3 of the codes but the one that is killing me is the P1336. According the book it says that the crank and cam signals were not aligned and suggesting to change the cam synch. I have changed the crank sensor, and cam synchro (came with new cam sensor) and brought the #1 piston to top dead end on comp stroke (and to remind you there are no markings for this). Made sure it was 52 deg alignment mark and used the special plastic alignment tool.
Cleared the codes-let it cool down completely and started engine and let idle until it reached operating temp then took it for a ride about 15 min. Allowed engine to cool off again and same drove again for the next cycle and within about 2 - 5 minutes the light came on for that same code P1336.
There are no indications of timing chain noise and engine runs well. Really need some input on this.

Thank you.
