Started leaking on the drivers side carpet is all wet Thought it was the windshield but took it to a shop and couldn't find anything Pulled carpet all up dried it out then sprayed it on the outside and saw a trickle of water running down the frame but couldn't tell where its coming from .It's raining again in Tx and the carpet is wet again gets wet while it just sits static. Thanks Mark

I have never owned a Civic or dealt with Hondas much but IF it is rain water and not coolant, odds are the water is getting in somewhere at the base of the windshield. Especially if you have leaves or a bunch of dirt piled up there. It tends to pool the water up rather than let it run off.

The fastest way to find the leak is to use a spray powder, something like Dr Scholls.

Spray the powder above where you can see the leak, then put the car under the sprinkler again.

Then go dash diving again to follow the water trail upward; spray the powder higher each time you repeat the process.

Does this car have a sunroof?
