2006 Lincoln town car drivers door won’t open

2006 town car drivers door won’t open.
Battery is dead.
Key turns the lock left and right with no problem, door lock goes up an down, handle moves freely, but I still can’t get in.

Sprayed wd40 in the tumbler, but no luck.

Any advice appreciated.

No they are all locked.

Maybe you could charge the battery by going underneath and connecting the charger to the big cable on the starter motor, or the output stud on the alternator.

If you use the battery charger it won't take long before your fob will work.

So if I understand you correctly, positive to the starter motor big cable, negative to the chassis?
Using my booster pack will work as well I assume?
