Hi all
Trying to install a intake manifold runner control valve on a 2008 Chrysler Sebring with the 2.4 engine

Can’t seem to get the male end of the valve to line up with the female end on the intake manifold.

Any idea how to manipulate either end to get the part in?

The female end only moves ever so slightly.
Thank you in advance

My thinking you changing the motor because of a code?
Could be e the valves are stuck - that would set a code but the motor is not the issue. p2004 or p2017?
let me know.

Hi, thank you for the reply. Yes I'm changing the imrc valve due to a po2017 code.
Car runs fine otherwise.
