I've done a lot of brake caliper changes in my DIY years but mostly on older vehicles. I have a left rear caliper piston seized on my 2017 truck and I can remove that piston part (with line attached) but when I try to buy just that part, I can't find it. It looks like you have to buy the frame that the shoes sit on and the piston assembly, all in one. Is that the case. Thanks!! RB

You might be able to purchase just the portion of the caliper that contains the piston from Ford.

Every other parts source I looked at only sells the caliper with the bracket attached. Odd that the bracket alone is available but not the piston body.
