Tech did not do that on his own. Dealer got caught with his pants around his ankles putting the boots to your car and blaming the tech. I call severe BS on this dealer

We'll see. I am going to be under the rack with the tech early Thursday am. I am told that he admitted it and claims there was a miscommunication. Yeah, right! He supposedly removed and resealed the timing chain cover. To add insult to injury, this is their top top, shop foreman, the "go to" man, the "whiz kid". I told the service manager that she has bigger problems if that is the case.....as that is a poor trait for a true leader who leads by example.
