The car has an aggressive pull to the right on the 2-3 upshift. And steering wheel goes about 30 degrees off center to the left until you stop the car. There are no clunking noises or unusual sounds. What am I missing?

I am looking at that, but I do not understand why it occurs on the 2-3 shift but not the 1-2 shift.

Probably for all the same reasons that a weak pressure plate allows the most slippage when in top gear with a manual transmission. Is your steering rack loose in it's mounts?
