Where do they leak, one of the ports or the shaft seal? Someplace else? Did both of the replacements leak in the same place?

Are you saying that not all the lines are installed and are leak proof, Ford has been notorious for using O'Rings that deteriorate. And the only thing in the compressor to block reverse flow are the leaf spring valves.

"...still have leak at compressor"

But, where at the compressor, where lines connect or shaft seal, or someplace else???

Very strange. Sounds more like what happens with computers instead of compressors. I hope that " fix " continues for you.

Sometimes a new shaft seal needs a little run-time to close the gap. (I'm going to go ahead and assume that the leak was at the shaft seal)
