This carb is a discontinued item and appears to have been used on mowers prior to 1983. The item, new carb, is available on eBay for $19 and $25 shipping. 1 available.

You may have to make your own gaskets and fix or find other parts that fit from other carbs. Or find a different carb with same specs that will fit your use. Not the easy way, but can be done. Depends on how important it is to get your machine running.

I think he's looking for a Pulsajet carb. I haven't seen those since my mini-bike days. I ran B&S engines with Flojet carbs.
