I have a new catalytic converter and o2 sensors I am replacing and wanted to see if anyone could provide some instruction for this

couldn’t find a vid for my year The converters are up front on my toyota and looks like once things were unbolted it might be possible to just pull it up on out without removing anything else ( atleast it looks possible anyway)

tried to go to a auto parts store to find bolts if needed to replace but even tough they had some bolts for the cat and exhaust manifold bolts for GM cars they didn’t have anything for my Toyota so I don’t know how possible it is to go to a hardware store and find bolts that I can use to replace any that I might break

Any kind of instruction or advice would be appreciated here in his catalytic converter O2 sensor replace job thanks in advance for any repliesView attachment 11548

Looks like getting some wd40 and the right amount of heat on this Exhaust hardware is the answer. As far as turning the nuts on the exhaust manifold is concerned letting the engine warm up to normal operating temp helped

You'll likely bust a stud or two. Be prepared to pull the head.
