The vehicle won't start but has not tripped a code. It leaks small amounts of antifreeze when it sets. Have had it to 3 shops and they tested and replaced several parts. They cannot fine the leak. Radiator pressure test shows both the cap and radiator pressure is fine. Perhaps there is a relay prevented it from starting??

Give us a hint: is this a "no crank" situation, or "crank but no fire"? You have had three shops look for the leak, but have any tried to resolve the "won't start" problem???

Radiator pressure test shows both the cap and radiator pressure is fine.

If it is really not leaking from the pressurized part of the cooling system , then maybe it leaks from the unpresureized overflow hose or collection bottle. Those plastic bottles (if you have one ?)do tend to crack and leak.

Fix the no start and then go after the leak. Does it crank?
