Should I See AC Voltage at the Battery?

The last time NickD logged in was 12/28/2020 I think it was a few months after that when somebody noticed an obit for a a Nick Dxxx who had lived in mid-Wisconsin. We figure that was probably him, but not really sure.

Note that the recent discussion about AC ripple is with 30 volts AC, not 30 millivolts...

I did NOT see 30volts. I guess my mind went to logic.

Yeah 30 volts ac at battery, something is cooking at this point.
