Snap-On speed wrench

A Facebook seller has a vintage snap-on speed wrench (see pic) for $15 door pick up. Seems like a good price for the snap-on brand.

What’s the likelihood a diy would use one? I know you all are probably wondering why I’m even posting over a $15 dollar purchase but I don’t want to start buying a bunch of tools that I may never use at age 59 lol

I have had a couple of such speed-wrenches for over 60 years; used maybe 5 times way-back-when and then have just sat in toolboxs for decades now.
