2006 Lincoln town car, has sunroof and carriage top.multiple water leaks when raining or after washing it.
Sealed the passenger side cowl area which is prone to leaking.

Water is coming in from under the pedals, leaving a few rust marks on the carpet. And leaving the driver side front floorboard wet.

Also leaks from the “c” pillar on both sides (see picture) and water pools under rear seat.

Headliner drips drips at the back end of the sunroof. (See picture)

The sunroof drains could be clogged. I am not farmiliar with your car, but there are probably 2 tubes that run from each front corner of the sunroof down towards the street. Pour water in the open sunroof gutter and see if it drains to the ground. If not, blow out the tubes with commpressed air.

I have no favorites, suggest searching online for mold smells.
